(ST LUKES-WEST WING)(SECOND FLOOR REMODEL-PHASE B) * To remove and replace fire sprinkler protection for the installation of HVAC work in the remodel a 5,250-ft/2 area, located on the south end of the floor for patient rooms, offices, and staff lounge. The reinstallation of fire sprinklers will be installed in coordination with the HVAC installation work and cannot be delayed. This fire sprinkler work is related to new interior non-combustible, fire-resistive walls, three patient rooms, suspended ceiling grid system, lights, mechanical and plumbing work. This building is fully sprinklered and must remain so. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2000, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
