THEATRE/RETAIL SHOP "C" - To abandon an existing 3" galvanized underground supply and install approximately 60'-0" of new 4"-C-900 PVC with two thrust blocked 45° ells, located in the main building and connect to the outbuilding (between breezeway). This work will entail two new risers (in each building) located near the outside walls, through the floor with 4" ductile iron and M.J. adapters approximately 6" above floor grade. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is not attached to a building permit.
