SFP II BUILDING 2 * To install a complete overhead fire sprinkler system meeting BMC 7-01-56-903.1.6, High Piled Combustible Storage Warehouse, in a new 29,370-ft/2, one story, concrete tilt-up shell office/warehouse building with a 140-ft/2 fire riser/electrical room, constructed at the east end of the building and six, 12'x14' overhead doors at the north wall (BLD permit addresses two?). This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate T.I. permit will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
