(JARED THE GALLERIA OF JEWELRY) To remove all Central Model "A" 5.6 K-factor standard spray standard response SSP's and install 69 Tyco Series "TY-FRB," Q.R., SSP, 8.0 K-factor, in the existing remodel of a 7,013-ft/2 retail sales building (6,015-ft/2 ground floor and 998-ft/2 mezzanine) for a new retail jewelry store. The existing yard P.I.V. will be removed and a new W.P.I.V. will be installed which includes system riser modifications. The fire sprinkler work is related to include interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceiling. The upright 5.6 K-factor, standard spray standard response sprinkler will remain. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
