WESTERN TRAILERS * To install a 4" wet, Ordinary Hazard Group 2 Occupancy overhead fire sprinkler system in a new 22,300-ft/2, (w/1000-ft/2 mezzanine), one story, pre-engineered "Butler" steel shop building. The main level includes a 16,000 square foot shop, a 4,015-ft/2 machine shop and 1000-ft/2 foot office area. The mezzanine has office space and a mechanical room. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply is permitted under FIR05-00265. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00672.
