Description |
To provide total notification in the TI space being added to existing tenant, located on the 3rd floor. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall/shutdown, HVAC shutdown and notification throughout.
10/14/2005 - Revised matrix indicate the duct detectors shall be alarm to match existing in the balding. The PDS Fire Inspector shall field verify.
The associated building permit (BLD 05-01899) is to expand an existing 11,850 sq.ft. office another 2,603 sq.ft. in a new shell building per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior noncombustible partitions, installation of suspended ceiling system with related lighting and miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
