To provide a duct smoke detector for HVAC shutdown on a new unit being added for the Dollar Tree. The existing required fire alarm system is for sprinkler monitoring and HVAC shutdown.

The associated building permit (BLD05-01484) is to remodel an existing 14,772 square foot tenant space for a new retail sales tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, landings and ramps at 2 exterior doors, a 13.33 foot long opening in an existing 18 foot long concrete tilt-up wall panel, new steel columns to strengthen the altered concrete wall panel, new concrete footings to deal with the redistribution of gravity loads in the altered concrete wall panel, alterations to existing restrooms to make them accessible to the disabled, and interior finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**.
