An NFPA 13R fire sprinkler protection system is required for compensation for the lack of Fire Department access per 503.1.1, Exception 1. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device connected to an alarm system and an outside annunciating devise. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual service underground water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13R, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
