MICRON C8435 BLD 24D F4B REMODEL ROOM 160A, 100BK & 100BI * To remove 33 existing pendant sprinklers in rooms 160A, 100BI, 100BK and 100AY. To relocate 4 SSP's in room 100BK. To install 4 new SSP's in room 100BI. NOTE: This permit does not include any allowable fire sprinkler work related to Room 100AY in Building 24C (which was also addressed in the building permit). All related work is in H-5 occupancy use areas. All fire sprinkler work is related to the demolition and reconstruction of cleanroom wall panels, ceiling grid, HVAC equipment/ducting for semiconductor fabrication and comparable research and development areas in which hazardous chemicals may be used, stored, and handled and containing what is defined as cleanrooms or clean zone, or both. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This work will require separate (Fire) permitting. This permitted work scope is attached to BLD05-02623.
