The club house branchline piping located below the hard lids but above the lay ceiling passed. Prior to cover the armovers will need to be inspected. I notified the sprinkler contractor that the fireplace area and the stairwells will need to be opened up for verification that the combustible areas have met the exceptions as stated in NFPA 13 for areas not requiring sprinklers. Another potential problem are the combustible eave pockets.

Rough-in for the pool/clubhouse area is mostley passed. See approved plans for areas needing corrections. Branchlines have been added in areas not provided with protection. As-builts will need to be provided prior to cover. Combustible pockets still need protection. Branchlines in peak are too far down from the peak

Fourth floor sprinkler piping is ok to cover. Some sidewall sprinkler heads are real close to being out of code compliance in regards to deflector distance from the ceiling, especially the heads in the mechanical closets in each room. Mark and I agreed these would be checked once the sheet rock patching was complete.

Revised hydraulic calculations have been provided and field verified by me for the addition of one upright sprinkler head in the fourth floor attic system remote area. The new node point was 400. The north/south will is ok to cover. No inspection has been done on the east/west wing.
