(CROSS OF CHRIST EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH) To install approximately 325'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC underground fire service supply connected to a repair gate located in W. McMillan Rd. running south to approximately 6'-2" north of grid line 6 and up through the floor with a 6" stainless steel Ames "In-Building Riser" to approximately 6" above the proposed finished floor located in what is described as a "stairway" (reference review comments). This supply is for fire sprinkler protection in a new 20,506-ft/2 one story wood framed addition to an existing 6,010-ft/2 church building, separated with 3 hr fire wall. The entire new and existing building will be fully fire sprinklered for area. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. Overhead system was submitted under FIR05-00571. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02937.
