(ST ALPHONSUS - FAMILY MATERNITY CENTER EXPANSION/RENOVATION) To install a complete overhead Light Hazard Occupancy overhead fire sprinkler system in a new 38,020-ft/2, two story addition with mechanical penthouse, adjacent and connected by two connecting links to the existing Labor & Delivery Unit; for patient/exam rooms, nursing stations, administrative support and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on the second floor. This fire permit include fire sprinkler work in the remodel of a portion in the existing FMC located in Corridors 13904, 13905, 13930, 14013, Conference 13906, Offices 13916, 13917, Storage Room 13922, Employee Sleeping Rooms 14008, 14009, 14010, Soiled Linen 14012 and Lounge 14011 (per plans submitted). The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-01063.
