Description	(CHARLIE FROG SCHOOLS-PRE SCHOOL & DAYCARE) To install a complete wet pipe, light hazard fire sprinkler system in a remodeled 10,134-ft/2, Type V-B, one story existing shell building for preschool & unfinished future tenant use. Daycare space will have 6,997-ft/2. Future space is 3,137-ft/2. This permit includes underground fire service supply, attached in S. Lois Ave., running north with approximately 20'-0" 6" C-900 Class 50 PVC under the footing and up through the floor with 6" Ductile Iron to approximately 6" with an M.J. Adapter. Fire sprinklers used for area. The future tenant space will require separate plans and permits. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00713.

Items on previous correction notice have been addressed, need to attatch unistrut hangers to structure with an approved method above two rooms at the west side, heads at west room are overspaced off one wall, verify heads in the skylights are the proper temp. rating, wall at the storage room east side will require sheetrock to maintain proper separation between upright heads.

Several items need correction, project is not ready for final inspection at this time. Preliminary rough-in inspection completed today addressing items such as incorrect hangers, spacing, head temps, seismic bracing and clearance, riser and plans which do not match installation- See 10 item correction notice left on site for review of a partial list of defficiencies. C/N does not constitute a complete listing of all issues regarding fire sprinklers at this time.
