MAGGIE MOO'S * Additional and relocation of heads in an existing fire sprinklered building related to the remodel an existing 1,750-ft/2 tenant space (988 square feet for assembly and 762 square feet for the kitchen) for a new ice cream shop located on the 1st story of an existing 3 story, with basement, building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls suspended ceilings and 265-ft/2 of floor structure to fill in a floor opening between the 1st story and the basement. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-002218.

The sprinkler piping is ok to cover. Insulation had fallen on the upright sprinkler heads but was repaired as I waited.

sprinkler piping in soffits is ok to cover. Plans need to be resubmitted to show this piping in the soffits. Pipe sizing has been increased to allow the heads but installation just does not match plans.
