When the system was tripped the appliances shut off but the lights under the hood did not shut off. Inspection was stopped. The hood suppression system did go to the fire alarm panel. I noted that the secondary phone line on the fire alarm panel was in a trouble condition. I notified Chad, the store manager that the phone line would need to be repaired as well as the lights shutting off under the hood. The manual pull station was not tested. No paper work was accepted. I also contacted Joan with AIE at ###-####.

No test was performed due to lights not turning off under the hood and the suppression system not being connected to the fire alarm system.
