The associated building permit (BLD05-02323) is to remodel of approximately 95 sq. ft. area to create a new private office. Work includes selective demolition; construction of approximately 8 feet of interior non-combustible wall with new 3' x 7' access door; installation of new suspended ceiling in remodeled area with light fixtures and diffusers; to add new drinking fountains in lobby, all per approved plans to include red-lined notes and all attached plan review conditions.
