FEDEX GROUND (PACKAGE DISTRIBUTION CENTER) - To install overhead and underground supply fire sprinkler protection work in a new 67,182-ft/2 one story, Type II-B, fully fire sprinklered, unlimited area building. The underground fire service supply is connected off the 10" C-900 loop in the west parking lot running approximately 55'-0" east to a location under the footing and up through the floor approximately 1'-0" above the finished floor, 13'-3" south of building grid #3 and 1'-0" from the inside wall. The overhead system is designed for OH-2 Occupancy with two 6" dry systems and a WPI control. All fire sprinkler system overhead and underground work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-03068.
July 12, 2006 - FEDEX DISTRIBUTION CENTER-OFFICES (PHASE 2) - Install light hazard overhead fire sprinkler protection in the offices located in the southwest corner of a new 67,182-ft/2 one story, Type II-B, fully fire sprinklered, unlimited area building. All fire sprinkler system overhead and underground work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The shell was also installed under this same permit. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-03068.
