OH hydrostatic testing for the two dry systems and the single wet system passed. Also approved the rough-in installation for cover at the office area. Still need to perform 24 hr. air test on the dry systems per NFPA, noted missing flex couplings at the riser and provision for forward flow testing of the BFP.

Inspection for the UG fire supply line flush was not completed due to lack of sufficient water flow. Noted the yard PIV was not operating correctly and is installed below allowable 36" height above grade.

UG fire supply line riser and stub-out appears satisfactory, no approved plans on site for verification of pipe size, etc., need to provide means for seismic clearance where the ductile riser will pass through floor slab, need to cover open ended MJ x flange adaptor at riser piece.
