This permit is associated with underground work for: BLD05-00804, BLD05-00805, BLD05-00806, and BLD05-00807. Each underground lead-in supply will include separate repair gates for each of the 4 buildings sprinklered, for possible future individual lead-in repair separation. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
