(INTERNET AUTO) * To provide selective demolition, modification and installation of the existing system for the remodel and additions of an existing 36,600-ft/2 retail store with a 680-ft/2 mezzanine, to an automobile dealership, showroom, and repair garage and 1,200-ft/2 addition on the west side for a car wash area, and a 2,100-ft/2 second floor for the finance and general manager's office, per plans which may include red-lined notes, attached plan review conditions, regulated by the Fire Chief. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. 01/26/07 Modified Scope of Work As-Built:
These plans were modified to include additional sprinkler protection where required along a new demising wall, Showroom Entry and below the new mezzanine. The fire sprinkler riser was modified to include the addition of a 4" Back Flow Prevention device. A forward flow assembly was also installed. New calculations have been submitted to support the riser / supply modifications.
