(CAMBRIA SUITES) - To install approximately 37'-0" of 8" C-900 PVC with two MJ 90's connected on the north side property lined running south and offsetting into an "Mechanical Room" (w/outside access) located on the north west side of the proposed 78,220-ft/2, four story, wood framed, 119 unit motel with meeting rooms, indoor swimming pool, indoor spa, lobby area and commercial food kitchen and Porte Cochere. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The underground riser is designated as 6" Ductile Iron with an M.J. Adapter. Riser thrust blocking is by retaining glands. Underground thrust blocking is by concrete. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
