OVERLAND RETAIL PLAZA - (SHELL UG) - To install approximately 37'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC, connected to a 6" line located to the south in the driveway. This underground fire service is for the fire sprinkler water supply in a new 17,850-ft/2, one story masonry exterior walls, wood roof truss system, retail shell building. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-00043.
