To provide required sprinkler monitoring of a new riser located in the SE corner of the new structure. A pull station and a horn will be installed in the new riser room. An additional ammonia monitoring sensor will be installed in the new spiral freezer. The building permit BLD05-02018 is to construct a 26,177 sq. ft. two story type III-B addition on the south and west side of an existing building. Other work includes upgrade of an existing wall to a 3 hr fire wall in the existing freezer, conversion of the construction type of the existing building from VN to III-B which includes demolition of a small office area on the west side of wood frame, all site improvements, paving and landscaping per approved plans and attachments.
