ST LUKES OFFICE BUILDING MODIFICATIONS * This building is fully fire sprinklered. To relocate two and add 4 SSP's for the remodel an existing 1200-ft/2 ft office located in the north east corner of this facility. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of relocated walls, some half height work station walls, some gridded dropped ceiling work, (possible) lights and HVAC work. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not (currently) attached to any building permit. Verification will be required if a construction work addressed for required sprinkler modification will require a building permit.
