C9193 B80 - BUILD-OUT OF UNOCCUPIED FAB SPACE FOR ADDITIONAL METROLOGY * To remove 25 existing uprights and 2 pendant sprinklers and piping and install 9 SSU's, 33 SSP's, in the subfloor and above the ceiling with all with new (match existing) piping for the build-out of unoccupied fab space for additional Metrology in the 1st. floor H-5 occupancy Mask Shop space. The fire sprinkler work is related to new walls and ceilings. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-00351.
