HARRIS AUTO SALES FACILITY - To install approximate 150'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC underground starting at the property line on the east side of the proposed structure, off Eisenman Rd., running on the south side of the building and into an unidentified location/room for fire sprinkler protection in a a 6,210-ft/2 two story type V-B (to be fully fire sprinklered) auto sales facility with maintenance shop and wash bay. The 1st floor will be 2,768-ft/2, and the 2nd floor will be 3442-ft/2. Fire sprinklers will be used for story increase. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
