To install a complete, wet pipe, overhead OH-2 Occupancy fire sprinkler system in a new 12,941-ft/2, one story, Type V-B, fully fire sprinkled office retail shell building with three divided tenant spaces of 1944-ft/2, 1944-ft/2 and 9053-ft/2. Other work associated with shell permit is the underground fire service supply, installed under FIR05-00850. No occupancy authorized per this permit. Separate plans and permits required for each space. A 9,053-ft/2 tenant space is being finished under BLD05-02759 with fire permit FIR06-00215. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-02758.
