(ST LUKES-1 SOUTH-GIFT SHOP WORKROOM REMODEL)Work includes deleting one HSW head and replacing it with a pendant head. The building scope of work is to remodel approximately 100 sq. ft. of existing floor area to become part of the existing gift shop and convert the new area and existing storage area into a workroom area for the gift shop per approved plans, notes and all attached conditions of all reviewing agencies. Work includes selective interior demolition; construction of 2-hour wall and 1-1/2 hour door assembly between the new workroom area and an existing 2-hour stair enclosure corridor serving the 5 stories of the existing south tower. Work includes modification of suspended ceiling grid system, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler & alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum adopted codes and ordinances. A "Letter of Compliance" is required for final approval of this project scope. drs
