The associated building permit (BLD 05-02381) is to construct a new 34,160 square foot, one story office, retail and warehouse building with a 2,660 square foot mezzanine and related site improvements. This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls, concrete slab floor, steel mezzanine floor and building roof joists and metal studs.
