HOLBROOK BUILDING (SHELL) - To install an OH-2 gridded shell fire sprinkler system in a new 15,500-ft/2, one story, steel and wood framed retail and office shell building. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. This is a shell building only and must be finished prior to any tenant occupancy use. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits are required to finish this building for occupancy. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply was permitted under FIR06-00120 (currently unfinished). This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-02746.
