(TENANT VANILLA SHELL - IDAHO BLDG - 1ST FLR) This building is fire sprinklered because it is too tall and has too many stories. To add 1 new SSP's on the first floor and 2 new SSP's in the basement for the construction of an 1,118-ft/2 vanilla tenant space on the 1st story of the Idaho Building meeting OH-2 Occupancy requirements. This fire sprinkler is related floor infill work, new interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceiling work. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-00013.
