The building permit BLD04-00947 is to construct a new 10,716 sq.ft. three story, four unit apartment building. The first floor is 3,806 sq.ft. which 2,000 sq.ft. is for the garages, the second floor is 3,946 sq.ft. and the third floor is 2,964 sq.ft.
