This submittal is contingent on completion and acceptance of fire alarm permit FIR04-00745. That is attached to building permit BLD04-02236. Scope of work is to provide total area smoke detection coverage and notification to a TI space on the 6th floor. The existing required fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, required automatic detection, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper controls, door release, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout (high-rise, voice evacuation system). TI remodel is a 5,255 sq ft. office area located on the 6th floor per approved plans. Work to include construction of interior partitions, relocated lighting, miscellaneous related finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. (rmh)
