HVAC units were not in a condition to allow testing of the duct smoke detectors (T-stats not installed), FACP currently in alarm due to ansul system testing, fire sprinkler riser devices not tested as sprinkler contractor has correction items to address, discussed some previously noted issues with alarm contractor including a/v spacing, back boxes, manual pulls, and as-builts. Due to conditions of the project no final inspection could be performed, requested contractor to reschedule when ready for final, also noted that EOL's have changed from approved plans.

No real inspection was performed due to items found just walking around. Manual pull stations and the wall mounted a/v on the kitchen wall(facing dining) are mounted too high. Not all heights have been verified. Also the ceiling mounted a/v's are mounted above 10' which means reduced spacing is used. If, since spacing has not been checked yet, the a/v's are overspaced and the contractor wants to just increase the cd rating, resubmittals will be required. Mary was at this inspection as well and knows what is going on.
