MICRON BUILDING #27 - HEALTH SERVICES (ADDITION) - To extend and existing light hazard, wet gridded system into a new 33'x52' (1,700-ft/2) one story addition located on the west end of the existing 12,500-ft/2, health services building with a wet tree light hazard extension. The new addition will contain a new conference room, break room, laboratory and office support areas. The addition will be constructed of concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry exterior walls, steel roof joists and metal roof deck. This permit also includes sprinkler modification in the existing building which includes the conversion of a Conference Room #102K to two Exam Rooms #102K & #102L, to convert Office #102M and Treatment #102N to Exam Rooms #102S & #102T, to convert Lab Area #102C to Exam Rooms #102W & #102X, construct Teat Area #102Y at existing Open Work Area #102D. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-00830.
