To provide a sprinkler monitoring system that includes HVAC shutdown.

The associated building permit (BLD 06-00384) is to remodel a 4,546 sq.ft. portion in an existing 11,500 sq. ft. office / warehouse building per approved plans. An adjoining 12,250 sq. ft. warehouse is separated by an 4-hour fire wall with 3-hour overhead door & is fully sprinklered. This remodel will convert approximately 1,746 sq. ft. of the existing warehouse area into office in conjunction with remodel of existing 2,800 sq. ft. office. Work includes selective demolition; construction of new structural elements, two fully accessible restrooms, an accessible locker / shower room, exercise, breakroom, conference, display, reception / waiting and office areas; to install an NFPA 13 sprinkler system through the warehouse & office areas; upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems; insulate perimeter walls of office portion & walls between office and warehouse from floor to roof deck above; install interior finishes and millwork.
