DR. ROMAN SCHWARTSMAN MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING - To install approximately 35'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC, connecting from a fire service tap from North Raymond Street to supply the proposed 9,900-ft/2 new two story, metal frame and masonry orthopedic medical office building, into a mechanical room (103). The underground riser will be 6" Ductile Iron Class 50 through the finish floor, to approximately 6" with a 6" X 11 blank or flushing/testing flange. Retaining of riser will be by what appears to be retaining glands. C-900 will be by concrete thrust blocks. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-00008.

Underground sprinkler supply line as shown on the plans is 6". As installed piping is 4". I have allowed the piping to be buried under the condition that Bill Alexander is contacted and the overhead plans are modified to show this change.
