FEDERAL WAY COMMERCE CENTER - BUILDING #3 (SHELL) - This is a shell building permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Sprinklers are used for area increase. To install the underground supply and overhead system in a new 34,390-ft/2, high piled, one story, concrete tilt-up warehouse shell building. The underground consists of 186'+- of 6", C-900 PVC, connected at the property line off McGregor, running south, west then south under the footing and up through the floor into a fire sprinkler riser room (#100), with a 6" IBR riser, with a grooved flange. The overhead wet system is designed for protection of Class IV, nonencapsulated commodities, stored in single and double row, conventional pallet racks, to a maximum height of 16'-0" with a minimum 8'-0" aisles. (NFPA 13 Table 12.3.2.1.2, Figure 12.3.2.1.2(d), incorporating 12.3.2.1.5.1) All fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
