Johnstone Supply - To install a complete overhead fire sprinkler system incorporating High Piled Combustible Storage, Ordinary Hazard and Light Hazard Occupancy protection in a new 34,160-ft/2, one story office, retail and warehouse building with a 2,660-ft/2 mezzanine. This building is constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls, concrete slab floor, steel mezzanine floor and steel bar joist roof and metal studs. The underground fire service supply was permitted under FIR056-00795. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-02089.
