Work includes selective interior demolition (no structural) of non-bearing walls& removal of exterior door assembly. To infill existing exterior wall opening with new energy efficient window system, enlarge existing private office, reduce size of existing file room, install new cabinetry & ceiling grid; upgrade electrical, fire sprinkler & alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. TVFP will relocate 3 existing Reliable F1FR, QR, SSP to conform to the new interior wall and ceiling locations.
