AMERITEL WAREHOUSE UNDERGROUND - To install a 6" underground supply, in a new 7,100-ft/2, one story with 750 square foot mezzanine warehouse fire sprinkler system supply. This work entails installing approximately 30'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC (reduced from 8") connected at the property line located off Vincent Street., running North under the footing and up thought the floor of a sprinkler and misc. mechanical room with 6" D.I. C-50, to approximately 6" above finished floor with an 11" blank or testing flange. Retainage for the riser will be by UL listed retaining glands. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-00271.
