To add 3 and relocate 3 concealed SSP's and demo 1 SSP, for the remodel of an original 4,228-ft/2 tenant space and create a new 2,114-ft/2 office area with remaining 2,124-ft/2 portion becoming "Vanilla Finish" under separate permit BLD06-00639 and FIR06-00369. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition and construction of wall between Suites 770 & 775. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-00641.
