US BANK PLAZA - 4TH STORY RESTROOM AND ELEVATOR LOBBY REMODEL - This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To replace 133 - SSP's and 2 - SSU's throughout the entire floor from standard response to quick response sprinklers. Also included is the addition of 9 new QR SSP's for the upgrade the 4th story core restrooms and remodel elevator lobby. The floor area of the entire 4th story is about 14,600 square feet. The "core" has a floor area of about 2,730-ft/2 (335-ft/2 for restrooms, 937-ft/2 for elevator lobby and corridor, 1,458-ft/2 for stairways/elevators/shafts/etc). This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-00768.
