Area Density Uprights and 4 SSP's in a new 4,895-ft/2 vanilla finish space for future warehouse with 2 offices and 1 accessible restroom. No occupancy allowed under this permit. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior partitions to create office area and restroom, installation of a suspended ceiling with lighting and HVAC in office area. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. Any storage racking over eight feet high will require a separate permit. The shell of this building was constructed under BLD04-00467. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD6-00893.
