POPESCU RESIDENCE * To install a retrofit, modified life safety NFPA 13D system in an existing two stories, single family residence with 41 Residential SSP's & 3 Residential HSW. 1st floor is exposed steel piping, 2nd floor is concealed CPVC and riser assembly is 1¼" type "M" copper; underground to and backflow preventer to be installed by others with 1½" Poly type piping. System is antifreeze, with 60/40 mixture of glycerin. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.
