Discovery Plaza One Office (Shell Building) - To build a new 16,500 square foot, one story office and storage shell building and related site improvements. This building is constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls and steel roof joists and interior support columns. This is a shell permit only. There is no occupancy allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans, red lined note and attached comments. Treasure Valley Fire Protection will be installing a wet, gridded sytems with 130 SSU's and 8 SSP's for the shell. The designer has indicated the use of the flexhead assemblies for the future tenant spaces. This permit is attached to BLD06-00288.
