IDAHO TRUST NATIONAL BANK - BODO BLDG #4 - 1ST AND 2ND STORIES - This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. To modify a shell system for the creation of 10,108-ft/2 bank tenant space located on the 1st and 2nd stories of BoDo Building #4. The 1st story will have a floor area of 3,591-ft/2 at grade and 590-ft/2 on a mezzanine. The 1st story will include a bank lobby, teller station, offices, file room, and secured cash room. The mezzanine will include a gallery for the display of art. The 2nd story will have a floor area of 5,927-ft/2. The 2nd story will include a board room, conference rooms, offices, file room, and restrooms. Fire sprinkler work on the 1st story includes an elevator pit, interior nonbearing walls, interior bearing walls, shear walls, steel beams and columns, concrete mezzanine floor, and ceilings with lights and HVAC. Fire sprinkler work on the 2nd story includes 2 restrooms, interior nonbearing walls, an elevator shaft and new ceilings with lighting and HVAC. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
