PLAZA 121-SUITE 401 - VANILLA FINISH/FOURTH FLOOR - To install 24 SSP Q.R. sprinklers for the remodel of a 2009-ft/2 portion of the fourth floor for a future office tenant. This is a shell permit and separate permit may be required for tenant occupancy. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create to create reception area, office areas & common conference room area with Suite #402, installation of suspended ceiling system. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-01581.
