To construct an 12,200 square foot office tenant space on the 9th story of a high-rise building. Work is to include 1-hr corridor walls, smoke- and draft-control doors with wire glass sidelights in 1-hr corridor walls, interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions with doors and sidelights, millwork, and finishes. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
