Beginning from an existing UG stub up into the bldg., install a new wet electric riser & wet pipe system to serve through out the existing 6,100 ft/2 heated bldg. The Underground supply was installed and accepted under permit # FIR04-00610. This permit is attached to BLD04-00084.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.

It appears that five upright heads were added in the remote area at the upper level. These heads need to be added to the calculations. Please resubmit plans and calculations to support this modification.
