Scope of Work: Run a new 8" fire service through a utility vault with a new back flow deice and then up and into an existing 5,000 ft/2 single story warehouse. A Peerless Fire Pump Unit / Riser will be installed. The overhead piping will consist of a 4" wet fire sprinkler system, protecting Rack tire storage to 15'-0", incorporating EFSR heads. The water supply will be connected to a new Peerless, 65 psi/1000 gpm rated electric booster pump, and a (current) United Water supply of 60 static, 1,750 gpm flow @ 20 psi. The building is fully fire sprinklered with an unlimited area designation. Any racking over 15'-0" will require separate plans and permits prior to installation. This permit is not attached to a building permit; proposed work is as a result of a fire dept inspection report.Revised Scope of Work:
